Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern participation in the Ad Dock affiliate program. By applying, the "Affiliate" accepts these terms in full. Membership is subject to approval by Ad Dock, which may refuse or revoke it at its discretion. The Affiliate acts as an independent partner; no employment, agency or joint-venture relationship is created.

2. Commission

The Affiliate earns a recurring commission of 30% of the pre-tax amount of each payment actually collected from a validly attributed Client, for the lifetime of the subscription, as long as the Client remains active and the Affiliate remains a member of the program. No commission is due on trial periods, zero amounts, taxes, or uncollected payments.

3. Validation period (hold)

Each commission is first recorded as "pending". It is only approved and made payable after a validation period of thirty (30) days, extended to sixty (60) days for any commission equal to or above $50 (notably annual subscriptions). This period covers the refund and dispute windows: no commission is paid before it expires.

4. Reversal on refund or dispute (chargeback)

Any commission relating to a payment that is subsequently refunded, in whole or in part, or that is the subject of a dispute/chargeback with our payment processor Stripe, is automatically and by right voided. If that commission had already been approved, included in a payout or paid, its amount is debited from the Affiliate's balance; the balance may then become negative and is reconciled by offsetting it against future commissions. This reversal is final and requires no prior notice.

5. Attribution & Ad Dock's own paid traffic

Attribution is last-click, via a 60-day cookie, and only for a newly created account. The Affiliate may not be credited for a Client that Ad Dock itself acquired through its own paid advertising channels ("our ads"). Any signup whose last known traffic source comes from paid media (e.g. utm_medium of type cpc, paid, display) is flagged and excluded from remuneration, unless manually validated by Ad Dock. Attribution hijacking (cookie stuffing, forced clicks, cookie overwriting) is prohibited.

6. Fraud & prohibited practices

The following are prohibited in particular: self-referral (referring your own account or an email address identical to yours), use of payment methods shared between the Affiliate and the Client, spam, bidding on the "Ad Dock" brand and its variants, misleading earnings claims, coupon-baiting and any deceptive statement. Ad Dock operates automated risk monitoring (self-referral, high clawback or dispute rate, paid traffic) and reserves the right, in the event of proven or reasonably suspected fraud, to suspend the Affiliate, freeze, reduce or void any balance and commission, and terminate membership without notice.

7. Payments

Approved commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum balance of $50, via PayPal (Wise/USDC optional). The Affiliate is responsible for the accuracy of their payout details and for their own tax and social obligations. A negative balance resulting from a reversal remains owed and is deducted from subsequent payments.

8. Termination & changes

Either party may end the membership at any time. On termination, commissions already approved and free of fraud remain owed; pending commissions may be voided. Ad Dock may change the rate, the windows or these terms; material changes are notified by email and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
