Ad Dock processes your email, your agency account details, and an encrypted Meta access token. We never store your Facebook password.
The images and videos you upload are processed for renaming and campaign generation, then sent to Meta or downloaded by you. No ads are stored long-term at Ad Dock.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card data never passes through our servers and is not stored at Ad Dock.
We share data only with Meta (publishing your campaigns) and Stripe (billing), strictly as needed for the service.
You can view, correct or delete your data at any time. See the “Data deletion” page.
Your account data is kept while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of closure. Creatives are not retained long-term; invoices are kept by Stripe per regulations.
